Short description about the volume

Neuroscience has made significant progress in understanding the episodic events of the human brain under varied cognitive situations. Projects have previously been undertaken through the "Allen Brain Research Foundation" and "Gene Expression Atlas (GENSAT)" to better comprehend the brain’s intricate circuitry at ultra structural levels. Recently, "Brain Bow" transgenic lines were developed with the purpose of generating a rainbow painting of lineage-specific neurons in the mouse brain. Finally, "Clarity" was discovered for precise structural and chemical information of a whole mouse brain with remarkable contrast of each neuroglial cell. However, the higher resolutions of the memory locus, which consists of a neuro-glial ensemble for episodic memory, are unclear and must be clarified. In this scenario, Brain Activity Map (BAM) and Blue Brain Project aim to develop new devices for mapping the entire human brain activity. At both the functional Connectome and activity levels, several holistic methods like Clarity and Optogenetics will applicable over multiple timelines of a working memory. Herein, BAM will reveal the Functional Connectome as well as the Structural Connectome levels at both physiological and pathological conditions of brain. It has been proposed that brain extracellular matrix play a pivotal role in long term memory storage and Matrix metalloproteinases modulate the extracellular matrix in Brain Physiology and pathology. Herein, we wish to decipher role of nanomedicine and MMPs in brain disorders including of Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and other diseases in context of healing of those disorders. We will also elaborate the gut-brain axis of Microbiota and Natural bioactive compounds in neuroprotection against neurodegenerative disorders.
