Ravikant Gupta, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Oriental University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He was previously affiliated with the Anusandhan Anaytical and Biochemical Research Laboratory Pvt. Ltd., Indore; IPCA Laboratories Ltd., Ratlam; Mylan Laboratories Pithampur, Indore; Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd., Dahej, Gujrat; and the Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Institute of Pharmacy, Chitrakoot, India. He has published over 25 papers in pharmacy and pharmaceutical science journals and has been co-author of the book Dictionary of Pharmacology as well as several other books. He earned his PhD at SRK University, Bhopal, and his MPharm at RGPV University.
