Tanusree Chakraborty, PhD, is a member of the faculty of the Centre for Management Studies at Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, India. With over 20 years of academic and business experience, she has been associated with a number of business schools and universities in India. Having thoroughly good academic track record with university ranks, she was formerly a research fellow of the Indian Council of Medical Research. She has around 60 publications to her credit in reputed journals and books, among which are the Internet Research Journal, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. She has presented over 70 research papers at international conferences, where she has been awarded best paper awards many times. She has conducted management development programs with state productivity councils and national productivity councils and has trained practicing managers of several public and private sector companies in the areas of behavioral sciences and human resource management. As a psychologist, she has conducted psychometric testing with over 12,000 employees. As a trainer, she has trained over 15,000 employees during her career and has been a resource person for many prominent Indian banks (State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank) and other companies, including Indian Oil, Exide Industries, Power Grid Corp, Department of Science and Technology of GoI, National Institute of Communications Finance, among others. Dr. Chakraborty has published several books international publishers and has several in the works at present. She has been a panel member in admission and recruitment processes and has conducted GDPIs at academic institutes and corporate. In addition, she has also been a regular faculty for management institutes of repute, teaching MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management programs. Dr. Chakraborty holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University, an MA (Applied Psychology) with specialization in Organizational Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and MBA (Human Resources).

She has 24 years of rich experience in management education and mentoring through associations with business schools, technical institutes, and universities of repute in the states of Odisha and West Bengal, India. Prior to joining Amity University, Dr. Brahma was Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and Head of the Management Department at Adamas University, West Bengal, India. Some of her earlier associations are Heritage Business School (MAKAUT), Rourkela Institute of Technology (Biju Patnaik University of Technology), Burdwan Institute of Management and Computer Science (University of Burdwan), Sikkim Manipal University, Brainware University, etc. She has effectively handled various administrative roles along with academic responsibilities and delivered commendable outcomes. Rajdeep Bakshi, PhD, MBA, MIIM, PGDBM, PGDSM, PGDCA, is a professional and academician. His research interests lie at the intersection of consumer behavior, academic brand management, intangible asset (brand) valuation, educational technology, academic leadership, and educational quality control. This has made him able to identify valuable insights to design solutions for transformation of academic institutions of India towards Education 5.0 and applications of NEP-2020. He was in leadership positions in academic institutions of technology and management. He spearheaded academic quality control strategies. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching postgraduate students and in doctoral research guidance. He was formerly Dean (Business Management) at Budge Budge Institute of Technology Kolkata, India. He was also former founder Professor and Head, Faculty of Business Management at the Guru Nanak of Institute of Technology Kolkata, India. He was also former Professor of Management (Marketing) at several universities and colleges in India. He has authored several research-based books, one of them has been published by Routledge Publishing (Taylor and Francis Group) London, UK and US. He is a former member of the Human Resource Management Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce, West Bengal, India, and the Secretary of the Association of Indian Management School (Eastern India Chapter). Dr. Bakshi has contributed by publishing newspaper articles relating to blockchain applications for digital transmission of education and control through blended learning strategy and on usage of distributive leadership of academic leadership in contingencies.
