The Covid-19 pandemic brought about dramatic change in the education sector, deeply affecting schools as they were forced to shut down and as online learning became common. Post-Covid, it is clear that many of the practices brought about by the pandemic are actually beneficial in education in the long run. He has an extensive teaching experience of over 16 years in teacher education, educational technology, and management skills. He assists the university in providing new models of teacher training in Vietnam, in developing research and service in educational management and leadership, and in collaborating with other institutions in Vietnam and overseas. As an honor and prestige expert, Head of Department of Learning Theories and Instruction Technology, and Dean of the Faculty, he is responsible for the development of curricula, learning methodology and technology, and leadership and management instruction at his university.
