Mahipal Singh Sankhla, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Forensic Science at the School of Basic and Applied Sciences, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, Haryana, India. He holds BSc (Hons.), MSc, and PhD degrees in Forensic Science from Galgotias University, Greater Noida. Dr. Sankhla specializes in forensic toxicology, heavy metal toxicity, environmental forensics, nanotechnology, and fingerprint analysis. His professional training includes tenures at FSL Lucknow, CBI-CFSL New Delhi, Codon Institute of Biotechnology, and RSMML Udaipur. He previously served at Chandigarh University and Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He has been awarded a DST-funded Junior Research Fellowship at MNIT Jaipur, along with the Young Scientist, Young Researcher, and Forensic Researcher Awards. As a mentor for NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission, he supports STEM development in schools. Dr. Sankhla has published over 170 peer-reviewed articles, over 30 book chapters, edited 11 books, and holds two copyrights, one German patent, three design grants, and more than 70 Indian patents. He is an active member of editorial boards, review panels, and organizing committees in national and international scientific events.

Tina Sharma, PhD, is a Professor of Forensic Science at Bahra University, Shimla, India, with expertise spanning biodiversity crime, fingerprint examination, forensic biology, DNA profiling, and toxicology. She holds a BSc in Biotechnology and an MSc in Forensic Science from Punjabi University, Patiala, and is UGC-NET qualified. She received the prestigious UGC-JRF and SRF awards, reflecting her commitment to forensic research and innovation. A prolific researcher and innovator, Prof. Sharma has authored over 30 research papers, contributed over 20 book chapters, and has edited two books in the field of forensic science. She is also the proud holder of more than 60 patents and two design registrations, establishing her as a leading innovator in applied forensic technologies. She has delivered numerous guest lectures and invited talks at national and international platforms, sharing her insights on forensic science, biodiversity crime investigation, and the role of advanced technologies in criminal justice. Beyond research, she has guided and supervised over 40 postgraduate students, nurturing the next generation of forensic scientists. Her contributions spanning patents, publications, books, and academic outreach underscore her vision of integrating research, education, and innovation to advance forensic science globally.

Anuj Sharma

Anuj Sharma is a distinguished Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science, School of Sciences (SOS) at ITM University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. Mr. Sharma has acquired extensive practical experience through a variety of internships and training programs. These include internships at the National Human Rights Commission under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Forensic Science Laboratory in the Photo and Scientific Aid Division in New Delhi, and Legal Desire Media and Insights in the Department of Forensic Science & Criminal Investigation. He has also undergone training in signature and handwriting examination at the Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, Delhi, and completed an internship at the Muskurahat Foundation as a Fundraiser for Project Keytaab and Saarthi in Mumbai. Additionally, he received training at the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Jammu and Kashmir, and participated in the Ballistic Division for the Examination of GSR at the Phillaur Police Academy, Punjab. Mr. Sharma has made notable contributions to the field with over 20 book chapters and over 25 peer-reviewed research papers published in national and international journals. He holds a design patent and has two Indian patents to his credit. His primary research interests include heavy metals toxicity, forensic toxicology, environmental toxicology, nanotechnology, and fingerprint analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Forensic Science from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, and a Master of Science in Forensic Science with a gold medal from Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Forensic Science at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, U.P.

Himanshu Tripathi, PhD, is a seasoned academician and healthcare education leader with over 20 years of teaching and 17 years of industry experience in optometry and allied health sciences. He is currently serving as the Dean, Allied Health Sciences at NIMS University, Jaipur, India. Dr. Tripathi has held prestigious positions such as Director at Chandigarh University and Dean at Sushant University, contributing significantly to curriculum development, academic leadership, and institutional growth. A PhD holder in Optometry & Ophthalmic Technology, he has served on the editorial and review boards of reputed journals and is a patent holder.
